Step 1: Sift the dry ingredients twice, cut butter in with pastry cutter or fork.
Step 2: Gradually add milk while stirring until soft dough forms.
Step 3: Roll dough out on floured surface until about 1/2 inch thick.
Step 4: Mix the filling ingredients together and spread over dough.
Step 5: Roll dough up like a jelly roll, then slice into 1/2 inch slices.
Step 6: Place flat on a baking sheet about 1/2 inch apart.
Step 7: Bake for 15 - 20 minutes at 375 or until top are golden, and biscuits are thoroughly cooked through.
