The ingredients are:
  • 1 can ( 15 ounce) sliced beets
  • 6 eggs (hard boiled ,quartered)
  • 1/2 cup black olives
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce (shaved)
  • 250 grams cooked chicken (minced, 2 cups)
  • 4 cups celery, minced
  • Dressing:
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/16 teaspoon garlic salt , (dash)
  • 1 teaspoon parsley

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix dressing together , then pour over chicken and celery. Toss to combine.

  • Step 2: Place the mixture on a plate.

  • Step 3: Put 1/4 of lettuce on each plate, then divide eggs and olives and beets equally around plate. Center the chicken salad in center
