Step 1: To make waffles put all the dry ingredients into a bowl with half a teaspoon of salt and then mix the eggs, milk and oil in a jug and gradually mix the wet into the dry ingredients to make a batter.
Step 2: Brush waffle iron lightly with some extra oil (or use spray oil if you have it) and then pour the batter into the waffle iron and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until golden and cook through.
Step 3: Repeat with the remaining batter and when ready to serve simply let everyone choose their own toppings.
