  • 1 avocado (large avocado, chopped)
  • 4 slices (120 grams) sourdough bread (chargrilled)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 225 grams haloumi cheese (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoon pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
  • TO SERVE
  • Dried chilli flakes
  • Mint leaves (micro baby)
  • Cracked black pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Divide the avocado between the sourdough slices and smash with a fork.
