  • 1/4 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/8 teaspoon basil
  • Pepper, dash
  • Salt, dash
  • 1 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cut turnips into quarters.

  • Step 2: Put the turnips in the water with caraway seeds. Bring to a boil, then boil 20 minutes.

  • Step 3: Drain water off saving seeds.

  • Step 4: Add remaining ingredients to just warm on low so sour cream won't break.
