  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 grams bouillon cubes (2 cubes)
  • 6 cups water
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • FOR NOODLES
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoons milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

How to Make

  • Step 1: Put meat bouillon and water on to boil. Chop fine.

  • Step 2: Meanwhile make noodles by beating milk into egg. Add salt and flour. Mix all together. Roll out until thin.

  • Step 3: Cut/slice fine, then add to boiling broth immediately.

  • Step 4: Cool until noodles done.
