Step 1: Grease a 22cm round cake pan and line with baking paper.
Step 2: Place butter, sugar, paste and rind in a small bowl of an electric mixer and beat until light and fluffy.
Step 3: Beat in eggs, one at a time, until combined and then transfer to a large bowl and add flour and milk in two batches and stir until combined.
Step 4: Spoon into prepared pan and smooth top and then cook in a 180C oven for 35 minutes or until cooked when tested.
Step 5: Stand for 5 minutes before turning out and brushing top with the extra butter and then sprinkle with combined cinnamon and extra sugar and serve hot with a dollop of cream.
