Step 1: In a bowl beat the eggs and sugar together and then add the next 4 ingredients (-flour) and let stand one hour before proceeding.
Step 2: Heat a skillet (if you have a crepe pan that would be great, otherwise a small skillet) and add butter and heat on medium high. Using only 2 tablespoons of the mixture at a time, make small pancakes, cooking on both sides until golden. Serve hot with berries and dusted with powdered sugar.
