Step 1: Heat oil in a pot over medium heat, then add the onions, zucchini and green beans and saute for 5 minutes, until the onions are translucent.
Step 2: Stir in the garlic, tomatoes and corn and saute for another 3 minutes and then add the white beans and liquid, broth, basil, parsley, pepper and chilli flakes (is using).
Step 3: Simmer, covered, over medium-low heat for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 4: Add the salt and more herbs, to taste and serve.
