Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 yellow onion (sliced)
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups potatoes (cooked, sliced)
  • 1 can ( 15 ounce) whole kernel corn (drained)
  • 1 can (10 ounce) tomato soup
  • 1 cup milk

How to Make

  • Step 1: Brown the meat. Add onions then brown them.

  • Step 2: In 2 quart casserole, layer meat, then potatoes, corn, milk and soup mixed together . rinse out can with the milk.

  • Step 3: Pour over the veggies lifting potatoes up so it's all around.

  • Step 4: Cover

  • Step 5: Bake in 375 degrees oven for 30 minutes.
