Step 1: In a small pot, mix cream, milk and egg yolks until thoroughly combined.
Step 2: Heat on low, stirring constantly to prevent burning milk, as milk warms add butter and seasonings.
Step 3: Continue cooking until mixture thickens.
Step 4: Add the chicken, peas and celery. Cook until heated through stirring constantly.
Step 5: When heated, remove from heat add walnuts, stir.
Step 6: Cut toast into triangles, top with portion of mixture. Serve.
