Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 24 ounces pork tenderloins (2 tenderloins, about 12 oz each)
  • 2 tablespoons spice blend (use your favourite spice blend with ground and/or whole spices))
  • 1 teaspoon salt (if your spice blend is unsalted) or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350.

  • Step 2: Scatter spice blend on some parchment paper or chopping board. Roll the tenderloins in the spices until well coated on all sides and ends.

  • Step 3: Heat oil in skillet over medium flame. Add pork and brown on all sides for about 4 minutes.

  • Step 4: Place skillet in the oven and cook for 20 minutes. (Internal temp about 140)

  • Step 5: Remove from oven and let rest 10 minutes, tented with foil.

  • Step 6: Good warm or cold.
