Step 1: Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
Step 2: Cook the rice mix according to the package directions
Step 3: Spread the rice mix into the bottom of the casserole dish, then sprinkle the cooked chicken and peas over the top.
Step 4: In a bowl combine the sour mix with evaporated milk, black pepper, garlic powder and shredded cheddar cheese, the pour over the chicken.
Step 5: Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.
Step 6: Bake uncovered in a preheated 350 degree F oven for 25-30 minutes.
