  • 3 ounces sliced bacon (3 slices, crisp)
  • 2 ounces hot dogs (2 hot dogs, 1 ounce each)
  • 1 leaf iceberg lettuce
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a shallow skillet fry bacon crisp. Remove from skillet.

  • Step 2: Split lengthwise 3/4 through hot dog.

  • Step 3: Open hot dog so it can lay flat - cut side down. Place in skillet.

  • Step 4: Fry in bacon grease until thoroughly heated or browned on both sides.

  • Step 5: Remove from heat.

  • Step 6: Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.

  • Step 7: Assemble sandwich by layering lettuce, tomato, bacon, and hotdogs.

  • Step 8: Cut in half. Serve.
