  • 1 jar ( 10 ounce) lemon curd
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken stock
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Put all ingredients in shallow skillet on medium-low heat and stir till all the lemon curd is melted.

  • Step 2: You can also add this to some sauted vegetables like onions, peppers, garlic, whatever you like.

  • Step 3: Spoon over cooked shrimp, chicken or whatever you like served over rice.
