Step 1: In a mixing bowl, combine the honey, oil, soy sauce, dried thyme and garlic.
Step 2: Add the chicken legs to a large ziptop plastic bag and then pour the marinade over the chicken. Rotate the bag several times to coat all of the pieces then refrigerate for several hours.
Step 3: Remove chicken from marinade in bag and grill over medium heat. Flip every 5-7 minutes until internal temp of 185-190 degrees (about 30-35 minutes). Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
