The ingredients are:
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped yellow onion
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 158 grams dry rice (dry, 1 cup)
  • 1 can (10 ounce) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (10 ounce) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 can (16 ounce) chow mein noodles

How to Make

  • Step 1: Brown hamburger and onions in pot. Drain.

  • Step 2: In 9 x 13 pan mix all ingredients except noodles.

  • Step 3: Cover with foil, cook at 325 degree oven for 1 hour.

  • Step 4: After one hour remove foil and top with chow mein noodles.

  • Step 5: Continue to bake for another 1/2 hour uncovered.
