Step 1: Mash half the banana with a fork in the bottom of a large heatproof mug.
Step 2: Mix in the chocolate hazelnut spread, egg, vanilla, oil, sugar, flour and a pinch of salt.
Step 3: When well combined, microwave on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds until risen and cooked through.
Step 4: Serve topped with a blob of chocolate hazelnut spread, sliced banana and a few chopped hazelnut, if you like and eat straight away.
