Step 1: Cut rolls in half and hollow out the bottom parts to form little boats, taking care not to damage the shell of the roll.
Step 2: Spread some bean paste in each little boat. Top this with a layer of lettuce mixed with the French dressing.
Step 3: Add a layer of chopped chicken. Top this with a slice of cheese.
Step 4: Finish with a slice of avocado and then cover with the other half of the roll. Use toothpick to hold sandwich together, if necessary.
