  • 1 1/2 tablespoon taco sauce (red, La Victoria brand)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoon minced yellow onions
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 pound cooked shrimp (shelled chopped)
  • 2 avocado (large avocados, halved evenly)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a mixing bowl, combine green chiles, red taco sauce, mayonnaise, onions and garlic.

  • Step 4: Plate the avocados and top with 1/4 mixture per avocado. Serve immediately.
