  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cup tomato juice
  • Salt, dash
  • Pepper, dash
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 500 grams wax beans (cooked, 4 cups)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Saute onions and bell pepper in butter, until onions are translucent. Add flour a tablespoon at a time, stirring continuously until incorporated. Continue cooking until flour turns a light brown.

  • Step 2: Add the rest of the ingredients except wax beans. Stir until thoroughly mixed, then add wax beans. Stir and continue to cook on med low until mixture thickens.
