Step 1: Pour half the water into a pan. Bring to boil, and remove from heat.
Step 2: Add honey and dried lavender to the hot water and let steep for 20 minutes.
Step 3: Strain mixture to remove lavender pieces and then pour into a pitcher.
Step 4: Stir in lemon juice, essential oils and remaining water. Refrigerate before serving.
Step 5: Serve with ice and garnish with lavender sprigs and lemon slices.
