Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup honey (raw)
  • 5 cups water (purified)
  • 1/4 cup lavender (dried buds)
  • Lavender oil (essential oil, 1 drop)
  • Lemon oil (essential oil, 3 drops)
  • 600 grams lemons (7 whole lemons, peeled juiced)
  • Ice (as needed)
  • Lavender sprigs (garnish)
  • Lemon slices (garnish)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Pour half the water into a pan. Bring to boil, and remove from heat.

  • Step 2: Add honey and dried lavender to the hot water and let steep for 20 minutes.

  • Step 3: Strain mixture to remove lavender pieces and then pour into a pitcher.

  • Step 4: Stir in lemon juice, essential oils and remaining water. Refrigerate before serving.

  • Step 5: Serve with ice and garnish with lavender sprigs and lemon slices.
