  • 3 pounds pork shoulder
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 yellow onion (diced)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 5 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon brown mustard
  • 1 cup water

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a small bowl mix soy sauce, ketchup, brown mustard and spices. Rub pork shoulder with crushed garlic, put in crock pot, pour water along the sides, cover with mixed sauces and top with onions. Cover and cook on low for six hours.
