  • 1 carrot, peeled and cut into matchsticks
  • 1 apple (Granny Smith apple, cored and cut into matchsticks)
  • 1 red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 cup mint, finely shredded
  • 60 grams low-fat sour cream (1/4 cup)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin (toasted)

How to Make
