Step 1: Preheat oven to 350F and spray 2 cookie sheets or line with parchment paper.
Step 2: Combine flour oats, baking powder and salt in a large bowl; set aside.
Step 3: Place the kale in a food processor and pulse 10-15 times, until finely chopped but not pureed.
Step 4: Combine the brown sugar and butter in a large bowl and beat with an electric mixer on low speed until thoroughly combined.
Step 5: Add the molasses and eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed until just incorporated.
Step 6: Add the vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
Step 7: Slowly add the dry ingredients, mixing to combine.
Step 8: Add the chocolate chips and stir with a wooden spoon 2 or 3 times to distribute.
Step 9: Using a tablespoon, drop the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing cookies 1" apart.
Step 10: You will need to make cookies in batches.
Step 11: Bake 12-14 minutes until cookies are firm around the edges but still slightly soft in the center.
Step 12: Transfer cookies to a cooling rack to cool completely.
Step 13: ***Cool completely before indulging...you would not want to get burned by temptation!
