Step 1: Combine prawns, bacon, onion, coriander, garlic chilli sauce, ginger and garlic in a food processor and process until combined.
Step 2: Spread prawn mixture onto each piece of bread.
Step 3: Place sesame seeds on a large flat plate and press bread, prawn side down, into sesame seeds to lightly coat.
Step 4: Heat enough oil in a large frying pan to reach a depth of 2cm and shallow fry prawn toasts in batches for 1 minute each side or until golden brown and cooked.
Step 5: Drain on paper towel before serving.
