Step 1: Take lean pork mince and add 2 tablespoons Thai seasoning mix and mix well and shape into meatballs.
Step 2: Combine 1 litre each of water and salt-reduced beef stock in a pan and bring to the boil and then reduce the heat.
Step 3: Add extra seasoning mix and simmer for 5 minutes and then add meatballs and cook until tender and then add vegetables and baby corn and simmer for 2 minutes.
Step 4: Garnish with fresh herbs to serve.
