Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 container (8 ounce) sour cream (or creme fraiche)
  • 2 tablespoons chives, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 54 grams radish (1-2 bunches with tops)
  • 100 to 200 grams carrots, baby (1-2 bunches baby carrots with tops, peeled)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a bowl mix first 4 ingredients (-lemon juice) together. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Let dip stand for 30 minutes at room temperature or cover and cill until ready to serve.

  • Step 2: ***can be made one day ahead; covered and chilled overnight.

  • Step 3: Serve dip with radishes and carrots.
