Step 1: Place pork ribs in slow cooker with meat side of ribs facing up.
Step 2: Mix all other ingredients together and pour over the ribs making sure ribs are covered.
Step 3: Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours (time will vary depending on your slow cooker).
Step 4: When cooked to your liking place ribs on a foiled lined baking tray in a single layer and then spoon sauce from the slow cooker over the ribs and then place in a 180C oven for 5 to 10 minutes to give them some colour and a slight crispness.
Step 5: ALTERNATIVE - use apricot jam instead of plum if you prefer.
