Step 1: Trim fat from meal and then thinly slice across the grain into bite-size strips and set aside.
Step 2: In a skillet or wok over medium high heat heat 2 teaspoons of the oil and then add the ginger cooking and stirring for 15 seconds. Add broccoli and bell pepper strips and cook stirring another 4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Remove vegetables from wok.
Step 3: Add the remaining 2 teaspoons of oil to wok and add beef and edamame and cook stirring over medium high heat for 2 minutes or until beef is desired doneness. Return vegetables to wok.
Step 4: In a small cup or bowl stir together the hoisin sauce, vinegar and chili paste. Add to beef mixture, tossing to coat and heat through.
Step 5: Serve over rice.
