Step 1: Mix together a paste by combining the potatoes and butter.
Step 2: Add the parsley, salt and pepper, onion, egg and cream. Mold the mixture into croquettes
Step 3: Dip the croquettes into the egg white, and then roll them in corn meal. Fry croquettes in deep fat. Enjoy!
