Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 (1 pound) pork loin chops (4 ounces each)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil (dark)
  • 1 tablespoon freshly ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon hot sauce (sriracha sauce)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Whisk all the ingredients except for pork chops together in a shallow dish.

  • Step 2: Add the pork chops and place in refrigerator for one hour.

  • Step 3: Turn the chops over and refrigerate for another hour.

  • Step 4: Cook the chops over direct high heat on a preheated BBQ for 5 minutes, turn over and cook for another 5 minutes. Check to see if there is any pink in the middle and if so continue to cook until no longer pink. The cook time will depend on how thick your pork chops are.
