  • 8 cucumber slices (English cucumber slices 3/8" thick)
  • 1/8 cup cream cheese (chive & onion cream cheese)
  • 15 grams lox salmon
  • 8 sprigs fresh dill

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cut the 8 slices of cucumber.

  • Step 2: Scoop out a small centre of the slices.

  • Step 3: Fill centers with the cream cheese.

  • Step 4: Top with the Lox.

  • Step 5: Place a sprig of dill on top.

  • Step 6: Keep in fridge until ready to serve.
