  • 16 ounce pizza dough (1 homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 tablespoon oil (truffle oil)
  • 2 teaspoons rosemary, chopped (fresh)
  • 2/3 cup grapes (red grapes, halved)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (finishing salt)
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat the oven to 500˚F.

  • Step 2: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly dust with flour.

  • Step 3: Take the pizza dough out of refrigerator 30 minutes before using.

  • Step 4: With a sharp knife, cut the dough in half. Stretch the dough into two long rectangles (about 6x11 inches each) on the parchment paper.

  • Step 5: Brush with truffle oil.

  • Step 6: Sprinkle with rosemary, grapes, salt, and feta.

  • Step 7: Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.

  • Step 8: Remove from the oven and cut into slices.
