Step 1: Wash and hull strawberries & peel and segment oranges, reserving any orange juice. & remove pulp from passion fruit.
Step 2: Combine all the fruit with Cointreau, add reserved any orange juice, cover & refrigerate.
Step 3: Combine sugar and water in saucepan, stir over heat until sugar has dissolved & bring to the boil, remove from heat, cool.
Step 4: When cool add to fruit mixture, cover, refrigerate until ready to serve.
Step 5: Top with whipped cream & chocolate shavings if using. Serve immediately.
