Step 5: Place 1 cheese slice over each slice of bread. Add patties and top with onions.
Step 6: Close sandwiches with remaining bread, cheese side down.
Step 7: In skillet, melt 1 tablespoon butter.
Step 8: Cook sandwiches 3 minutes per side or until browned and cheese is melted.
