  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Black pepper (pinch of)
  • Himalayan pink salt (pinch of)
  • Espresso, optional (2 shots)
  • 1 teaspoon erythritol sweetner (more to taste, optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Add the coconut milk, or almond milk to the milk saucepan.

  • Step 2: Add the vanilla extract, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, pepper, and salt.

  • Step 3: Stir to mix,use a wire whisk to fully incorporate the spices into the coconut milk.

  • Step 4: Pull 2 shots of espresso and pour them into a mug.

  • Step 5: Top with golden milk, and sprinkle cinnamon and turmeric on top.

  • Step 6: Stir in erythritol, to taste, if using.
