Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup Greek-style yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise (whole egg)
  • 1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon finely grated lemon rind
  • 1 teaspoon salt, flaked
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon dried chilli flakes (optional)
  • 200 grams cabbage, finely shredded (1/4 red cabbage)
  • 200 grams cabbage, finely shredded (1/4 white cabbage)
  • 1 carrot, grated (large carrot, peeled)
  • 2 spring onions (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves (roughly chopped)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine buttermilk, yoghurt, mayonnaise, chives, honey and lemon rind and season to taste with and chilli (if using).

  • Step 2: Combine cabbage, carrot and onion in a bowl and add the coriander and dressing and toss well to combine.

  • Step 3: Serve.
