  • 8 ounce pork chops (6, 8oz chops)
  • 10 ounces tomato soup (1 can)
  • 160 grams dry rice (uncooked 1 cup)
  • 1 tablespoon minced yellow onion
  • 1 tablespoon minced green pepper
  • 1/2 cup carrots, diced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: In 9x13 casserole, layer rice on bottom of pan.

  • Step 2: Season lightly.

  • Step 3: Add layer of vegetables and pork chops, season lightly.

  • Step 4: Top with soup, cover with water, dot with butter.

  • Step 5: Cover with tin foil.

  • Step 6: Bake 60 minutes, 425 degrees or until pork chops are done.
