Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound stewing beef (cubed)
  • 1 cup yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, chopped (fresh)
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (Kraft Philadelphia Herb & Garlic, 1/2 cup)
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 225 grams dry fettuccine pasta

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place the meat, onions & mushrooms into the slow-cooker.

  • Step 2: Add broth, stir, cover & turn on low.

  • Step 3: Cook for 6 hours.

  • Step 4: Mix together the cheese & flour.

  • Step 5: Meanwhile 20 minutes before the meat is finished cook the pasta.

  • Step 6: Add the cheese & flour mixture to the meat. Stir until the cream cheese has completly blended in

  • Step 7: Drain the pasta and place on 4 plates, spoon over the meat mixture.

  • Step 8: Relax & Enjoy
