Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar (sifted, plus 2 tablespoons)
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • Instant coffee crystals, optional (See NOTE in Prep Steps)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Beat butter & powd sugar in med-sized mixing bowl until creamy. Add evaporated milk & vanilla. Mix until smooth. Makes 1 1/2 cups.

  • Step 2: FOR COFFEE FLAVOR: Add & combine the instant coffee crystals (1 tsp at a time) until you reach your desired coffee flavor.
