Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 tubs (400 grams) hummus (2 x 200 gram tubs ready-made hummus)
  • 1 whole lime (zest of, finely grated + juice o)
  • 2 tablespoon harissa
  • 3 tablespoon pine nuts (toasted)
  • Coriander (1/2 small pack, or flat-leaf parsley, roughly chopped)
  • TO SERVE
  • Warm flatbread or toasted pita
  • Cucumber sticks
  • Radishes

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix the hummus with the lemon zest, juice and olive oil and then spread over a small plate, then swirl in the harissa and scatter over the pine nuts and herbs and drizzle with a dash more oil, and serve with flatbreads or pita and cucumber sticks and radishes for dipping.
