Step 1: Toss together tuna, shallots, oil, chives, capers, lemon zest, lemon juice & crushed red pepper in a med bowl.
Step 2: Spread cream cheese evenly among toasted bread slices & top evenly w/the tuna mixture. Cut each slice into quarters & serve immediately. My choice would be to serve them w/mellow avocado wedges &/or the sweetness of fresh grapes or mango. :-)
