Step 1: Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Season the pork ribs with salt and pepper. Tightly wrap the meat in a large piece of foil; place on a baking sheet. Prepare until the pork is easily pierced with a fork, about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Step 2: Preheat the grill to medium-high temperature. Lightly grease the grill.
Step 3: Remove the ribs from the foil and grease the barbecue sauce with a culinary brush. Grill until pleasantly brown, 3 to 4 minutes. Serve with an additional portion of the barbecue sauce.
Step 4: Place tomato paste in a pan with a double bottom, dilute with water until the consistency of ketchup.
Step 5: If you like spicy dishes, add tobacco or cayenne pepper to the tip of the knife.
Step 6: Put the pan on a low heat.
Step 7: Onions, garlic, celery chop in a blender and add to the sauce.
Step 8: Add the rest of the ingredients and cook, stirring constantly, for about 15 minutes. The barbecue sauce is ready!
