Step 1: Combine all ingredients in a large jug and mix together really well then pour the marinade over the pork ribs, cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight, if time permits.
Step 2: Preheat the oven to 160°C.

Step 4: Place the ribs, onto a baking tray and place into the oven, cook for 1 ½ hours basting frequently until sauce is thick and gooey.
Step 5: Serving Suggestion ~ Serve ribs hot with a potato salad and crusty bread and a bowl of warm water for sticky fingers.
