Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 package (1.4 ounce) instant chocolate pudding mix (can use sugar free, 39 grams)
  • 1 3/4 cups milk (can use low fat)
  • 1/4 cup liqueur (Creame de Cacao)
  • 2 whole bananas (sliced)
  • 2 teaspoons lemon
  • Whipped Topping (2 cups, I use cool whip)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Make pudding according to package directions using milk and creame de cacao.

  • Step 2: Slice bananas and mix with lemon juice to keep from turning brown.

  • Step 3: Layer in parfait glasses pudding, cool whip, sliced banana repeat ending with sliced banana.

  • Step 4: Chill till ready to serve.
