Step 1: Mix first 8 ingredients in a medium size bowl. Add ground turkey and incorporate spices and onions, etc. into meat well.
Step 2: Form into four large patties. Spoon goat cheese into center of each pattie and enclose it well so it doesn't ooze out.
Step 3: Fry in skillet on medium heat with lid on for 10 minutes on each side. If you like, you can add a slice of your favorite cheese on top to melt before serving. Enjoy.
