  • 1/4 cup yellow onion (finely minced)
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon steak sauce (A-1)
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 teaspoons goat cheese (heaping teaspoons soft goat cheese)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix first 8 ingredients in a medium size bowl. Add ground turkey and incorporate spices and onions, etc. into meat well.

  • Step 2: Form into four large patties. Spoon goat cheese into center of each pattie and enclose it well so it doesn't ooze out.

  • Step 3: Fry in skillet on medium heat with lid on for 10 minutes on each side. If you like, you can add a slice of your favorite cheese on top to melt before serving. Enjoy.
