Step 1: Preheat the oven to 425F. Lightly grease a baking tray.
Step 2: Place the flour, sugar & 1/2 tsp salt in a lrg bowl. Add the whipping cream & lemonade & mix to form a soft dough.
Step 3: Turn out the dough onto a lightly floured surface & knead lightly until combined. Press the dough w/your hands to a thickness of about 3/4 inch. Use a 2.5 inch round cutter to cut 8 scones. Place them on the baking tray & brush the tops w/some milk. Re-shape scraps to make extra scones until the dough has been used.
Step 4: Bake for 10-15 min until lightly browned. Serve warm w/a dollop of lemon curd or your favorite jam.
