Step 1: Grease the oven bag, put 2 Tb flour in the bag and shake, coating the sides well.
Step 2: Put the bag in a large pan, sprinkle the fryers with salt and pepper, then place in the bag.
Step 3: Add the onion, celery, bell pepper, parsley, garlic and bay leaf.
Step 4: Combine the Sauterne, soy sauce, Worcestershire and bitters -pour over the ingredients in the cooking bag - tie the bag.
Step 5: Punch 12 holes on top of the bag with a cooking fork., bake at 350F for 1 1/2 hours or until the chicken comes off the bone.
