Step 1: Sauce ... Add all the ingredients to a small saucepan and bring to a light boil. Reduce to medium low and simmer 15-20 minutes until the cranberries begin to pop. Cook another 1-2 minutes then remove from the heat to cool.
Step 2: Serve and Enjoy ... With of course Thanksgiving dinner, but it is also a nice condiment to a cheese ravioli, add to white wine for a wonderful sauce over chicken or pork, and of course spread on sandwiches.
